š I started with a 30 second plank and upgraded to 4 minute planks in 30 days hereās how!
Okay so, itās my first blog on exercises & fitness but, Iāll make sure to deliver you all the necessary information so letās get started!
The Plan
So as being a footballer the core workout is necessary and to complete it a plank is a easy and fair good option as plan gives your core some strength and so harsh balls right on your stomach wonāt injure you as your core is strong so letās get on to the beggining.
The beginning
Okay so, as you know as of now the importance of core workout in football and why i choosed planks as they looked easy to me as I had made this plan.
I started it all by doing a 30sec plank 4sets of it daily in each set I did 30sec planks for 2 times so it means that I did 4x2 that is 8 planks of 30 seconds which would be 30x8 that is 240 seconds of plank daily at the first 3days.
Then I did the same set just increased the time by 15secs for next 4days.
Again, I didnāt change anything except the time by 15 secs for again next 4 days so by now I had done planks for 11days awesome letās keep going!
So, after all this I would also recommend you to take a 1ā2ā3 days of break according to you choice and other parameters which no one else better than, yourself knows it! Okay so I took a 2days break but make sure to not to break the rhythm of your exercising schedule!
Again as usual not changing the number of sets but increasing the time by 15secs for next 3 days, then again increasing the time by 30secs for next 5 days so weāve completed 19 days of planks by now! Now again for 3 days increase the time by 15 seconds.
The Last Half
Okay so, weāve completed our 21 days by now thatās 3weeks and now the last weekās only left! so letās complete it quickkk
by now our total time was 1min 45secs now weāll throttle ourselves so now we increase the time by massive 45secs trust me itās really cool š (**maybe not. uh ummā¦ anyways**) so this will be increased for next 4 days and yes you got it now just increase the time by 15sec for next three days andā¦
